Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of BRBS Media Studio (the “Service”), provided by BRBS Trade AB (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
The Service helps you generate, adapt, schedule and publish content to third-party platforms. Features depend on your subscription tier.
3. Accounts & eligibility
The Service is intended for business/professional use. You must be at least 18 and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; to avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Prices are shown excl. VAT; applicable taxes are added at checkout. Full terms — including refunds and the EU 14-day withdrawal right — are in the Subscription & Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use & Fair Use
You may not use the Service — including its AI features — to generate or publish: spam or bulk unsolicited content; hateful, harassing or discriminatory content; sexual or pornographic content; disinformation or political propaganda; malware; or anything unlawful or infringing. You must comply with each connected platform’s own terms and policies. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without refund.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create. You are solely responsible for what you publish and for obtaining any rights/permissions needed. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the Service (e.g., to process and transmit your content to the platforms you select).
7. AI-generated content disclaimer
Our platform uses third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to assist in content creation. You acknowledge and agree that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or unintended biases. BRBS Media Studio does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any content generated by the AI. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and vetting all content before publishing it to any social media platform. BRBS Media Studio shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or legal claims resulting from AI-generated content.
8. Third-party social media & services
BRBS Media Studio integrates with various social media platforms (including but not limited to Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Telegram, Threads) via their official APIs. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the policies, terms, uptime, or actions of these third-party platforms. We are not liable if a platform revokes API access, changes its algorithms, restricts or terminates your account. No refunds will be issued for service disruptions caused entirely by third-party platforms. Where you connect your own AI API key (BYOK), your use of that provider is governed by your agreement with them.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, software and branding are owned by us. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.
10. Warranties, liability & indemnity
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. You agree to indemnify and hold BRBS Media Studio harmless from claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination you may export your data first (see Data & Privacy).
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any legal actions or disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden — without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply where a user is a consumer.
