Subscription & Refund Policy

1. Recurring billing & automatic renewal

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price each period unless you cancel. By subscribing you authorise these recurring charges.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings (the Stripe customer portal). To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.

3. Refunds

BRBS Media Studio is a digital SaaS product. Except where required by law, fees already paid for a current or past period are non-refundable, and we do not refund for disruptions caused by third-party platforms (see Terms §8).

4. EU 14-day right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you purchase as a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU). Because the Service is supplied immediately, by starting to use the paid features you request immediate performance and acknowledge you lose the withdrawal right once the service is fully performed. If you are a consumer and have not used the paid features (no generations, no posts), you may request a refund within 14 days at [email protected]. This does not apply to business (B2B) customers.

5. Taxes & chargebacks

Applicable VAT/sales tax is calculated at checkout via Stripe Tax. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it quickly.
